All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Locations:

We ship to all countries. If you have any questions about whether we can deliver to your location, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Carriers:

We use UPS and DHL for all our deliveries. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges will be applicable to all orders. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping at this time.

Lost Packages:

 Once your order is in the hands of UPS or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
